Requirements

Single US citizens (who have never been married before)

• Copy of your Passport
  Civillian: Proof of residence in schengen country or entry stamp from schengen authorities
  Military: Military ID Card with DA Form 31
• Birth Certificate (original or notarized copy)
• Last Tax-Return

All documents must be either in German, English or Danish language and the Affidavit must be issued not earlier than 3 month before the wedding date.
